Should I accept this fantasy football trade?

steven jackson is going to get a lot of touches and is durable, i would keep him,deangelo williams might not even be a starter unless he goes to a team that needs one, because he has to split time in carolina with stewart, who will probably get more carries. however welker and colston are good wr., i would say better than garcon and crabtree.i still would keep jackson
