Why do i feeel so strangeee?

idk if its just gas or my period. i have my period but it feels lke gas pains in on the left side of my stomach. it kinda hurts not painful but feels wired when i breath in. and now my left foot feels like heavyy, storta like pins and niddles when i walk on it. whats wrong? is it just a combo of gas and my period? please help thanks :D
