How do I stop myself from daydreaming?

I keep daydreaming or getting mesmerized by black girls with very dark smooth skin, to me it's so y and gorgeous, like those black women who are as dark as hershey with not a mark on their skin. I saw one today and in my mind I was going crazy, I couldn't stop thinking about her that I couldn't focus on my work.
