Guy advice. I can't really decide on how I feel. Help.?

There's this guy that I know, and I keep going around in circles. I tell people that he's my crush, but sometimes I don't know if that's the whole truth. He's a foot taller than me and we have some of the same friends. He's witty, intelligent, hilarious, attractive, sarcastic, and all too intriguing. I gush over him, talk about and to him, and admire him. He teases me about my height, but he only ever replies with a simple "hey" when I say hi to him. I have a feeling he suspects that I like him, but I also have a feeling that he's not looking for a relationship. I just don't know, and this is probably my last resort on the subject. I'm sick of this pendulum-like state.
