Can the Air Force deny my enlistment due to a prior Reduction?

I am in the process of joining the Navy. They do ask you what surgeries you have had. They will not deny you since it is cosmetic. The type of surgery they are worried about is the ones that they do to fix snapped bones and stuff like that, that would hinder you in the military.
