White prom dress? what should the shrug's color be?

I think a white shrug with silver lining or patterns would look nice; a silver shrug will also do. I wouldn't go with any COLOR color (purple, green, blue, orange, red). I think that's too WHA-LA on the shrug and takes the attention off of your dress.
