Why do a lot of people give these insulting know it all answers on yahoo answers?

For instance I asked a specific question about a computer problem and I got this prissy response from this lady insulting the brand of computer I got and my reference to Memory on the hard drive. I'm no computer tech. I don't care if memory is actually RAM I asked the question as it pertains to MY LIFE.....and know where in the future I plan on becoming a computer engineer, just trying to fix a problem. When you go to the doctor does he/she insult your intelligence for not understanding cell mitosis and all its stages ? People get the $%^ outside, stop playing with your damn cell phones......go look at a tree have respect for people you don't know.
