Why are the Heat so bad?

I'm sorry but the Celtics won more games last year with a bunch of rookies and sophmores. Pierce was out for most of the year so he couldn't carry them. The Heat had Wade and didn't win any games while he was in the lineup, they have ricky davis and shawn marion all in all their team is a lot more talented than what the celtics had last year (West, Telfair and Rondo all sharing the PG, Jefferson, Ratliff and Perkins sharing C, Powe and Gomes sharing PF, Green, Szcerbiak, Scalabrine and Tony Allen sharing the SF and SG duties. They could have won more than they did but they stopped playing hard so they could get the worst record and a better chance for Oden or Durant in the Draft. What's up with the Heat for real?
