Who will future generations say was more of a threat the the USA, Saddam Hussein or Barrack Hussein?

Saddam Hussein, of course. Historians judge people by what they accomplish, not by what citizens were saying during an administration. Let me point out to you that Abraham Lincoln had the lowest approval rate of any President of the United States of America. Hopefully you are aware that historians have taken a much better view of him.
