Where can I get my 1 month and 3 day old baby circised at?

I have a 1 month and 3 day year old baby and I want to get him circised as soon as possible where can I get him circised? I live in Hercules but the locations can be in Pinole, Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, Hercules. Please if you have an answer please respond thanks.
