Only graduate politicians?

Do you think that educated persons have more understanding? Now a days education has become money making industry and degrees are just distributed. This country has so many engineers /IT specialists/MBA's and so on and so forth. So everybody is highly qualified in this country may be he is not able to give justice to his degree. Still we are doing very fine and making lot of progress. Do'nt you agree with me?
