I have a problem HELP!!?

Ok there is this guy that is practically in my cl every year and I remember back in grade 1 a long time ago I liked this girl and she liked me and then the fun begins, he knew that we liked each other and at recess he got her into liking him. Seriously he gets in trouble 24/7 and then the teacher asks the girls what do you like out of him, and they say he is creative. He gets every thing out of cuteness back in grade 3 he kept doing this cute face just so I would give him my lunch! Now all the girls are drooling over him just cause he is cute. Last week I went to the mall with my friends and there he was kissing my girlfriend I got so mad i broke the calculator in my hand and the same thing yesterday except with my best friends girlfriend. So my questions are Is this mean and rude? What should we do? How do we make him stop? Thanks and HELP!!
