Does anyone know about any Hair Salons in New York City for the Disabled?

I live in Brooklyn and have a mother who had a stroke several years ago and she is wheelchair bound and cannot transfer from the wheelchair without a lift. My sisters have being doing her hair. But it is very hard to do at home while she is in the wheelchair. And my sisters have limited experience in doing hair in a professional way. My question is: does anyone know about any hair salons that cater to the disabled or meet the requirements for a wheelchair, such as no steps and room for a wheelchair to get in and move about. I must also mention that my mother has limited motor skills due to the stoke, but she is normal in every other way.
