Aspirin and Tylenol...?

False, Aspirin and Tylenol inhibit cyclooxygenase, an enzyme required for the synthesis of prostaglandins. In this way, the do inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. however, this only directly inhibits inflammation, and has nothing to do with the set point in the brain. Taking aspirin will not cause a reduction in temperature set point.
