Advice about early pregnancy? Just got BFP!?

I took a home preg test two days ago and got a very quick positive. I'm gonna get another one just in case but I think it was pretty accurate. I started having sore about 3 weeks ago and then some serious exhaustion about 1 week ago. No nausea or vomitting so far and I hope it stays that way. Don't know how far I could be. Was off BC pill for year and half. Finally gave up getting preg and started planning other thing for this year. Started taking pills at the end of December and missed a few here and there over the past two months and Viola! I'm pregnant. Made an appointment for next Wednesday. What should I expect at first appnt. Haven't had period in months because of pill so I don't even have general idea of how far I am.
